Large Trash Bin Mida with Lid and ashtray

The Mida Basket with lid and ashtray is a metal waste bin designed for urban waste collection. Its structure comprises a cylindrical-shaped body, flared at the top, crafted with twenty-one shaped strips of galvanized flat iron. Three connecting rings are located at the bottom, middle, and top sections. The top part is rimmed with a galvanized round tube ring with two supports, laser-cut for decorative carving, made of galvanized sheet metal. The contoured lid, of the flip-top type, is made of galvanized sheet metal with anti-cut edge rim. Integrated into the lid's center is a circular ashtray (fixed) with a micro-perforated sheet for cigarette extinguishing. The inner container (removable) is made of galvanized sheet metal with a handle. The base features a galvanized steel round tube ring with holes for anchoring to the ground using screws and expansion plugs. Emptying is facilitated by extracting the inner container, while for the ashtray, rotating a dedicated handle inside the lid opens the bottom of the ashtray, causing cigarette butts to fall into the inner container. To prevent accidental contact between cigarettes and other waste, an automatic return spring ensures that the ashtray bottom remains closed at all times. The base finish for the metal parts of this product is "gunmetal" in color. However, customers can request a different finish from the range of RAL colors available on our website. The steel structure is coated with thermosetting powder paint and baked for durability.
