Structure Features The Maranello Cycle Station features a structure composed of perimeter support uprights made of square-section tubing. Each upright is equipped with a base plate made of galvanized sheet metal. The perimeter panels are of a detachable type and are made up of modules constructed with steel profile frames. Technical Details The panel cladding comprises various types: Modules with cladding made of round-section steel tube profiles, horizontally arranged with gaps between the profiles. Modules with insulated cladding with a smooth external surface for affixing graphic stickers. Single front module (entrance side), with cladding of 4+4 mm anti-breakage glass for affixing graphic stickers. The entrance door, approximately 120 cm wide, is made with galvanized steel profiles and anti-breakage glass cladding. Entry is controlled by a dedicated electronic lock with RFID badge opening. Finish and Customization The cycle station has a covering frame made of supporting beams in rectangular-section tubing. The perimeter frame is made with galvanized sheet metal paneling for affixing graphic stickers. The covering consists of inclined insulated panels for rainwater drainage. Inside, there is a lighting system, ready for connection to the public grid. Customization and Request for Quotation The base finish for the metal parts of this product consists of two colors, specifically "iron gray" for uprights and upper frame, and "bright aluminum" for all perimeter panels. However, the customer can request a different finish, choosing from the RAL colors available on our website. The painting technique adopted for the galvanized steel structure is thermosetting powder coating with oven curing.
